Oil-type Sunflower Exports From Romania Open On Easy Tendency
PANAMA - Jul 16/21 - SNS -- Exports of oil-type sunflowers for Romania were well down, plunging compared to the previous month in February, data from Eurostat reports.
Shipments reached 40,379 metric tons (MT) for the month, down 24% from the 53,344 MT shipped the previous month. Export sales so far total 93,723 MT, compared to 273,046 during the previous calendar year.
The most recent trade statistics showed Turkey was number one buyer, taking 40,376 MT. was the second most important destination taking 3 MT, followed by Canada at 0 MT.
