PANAMA - Feb 15/21 - SNS -- At this point in this calendar year continued a easier trend, with oil-type sunflower exports for Romania shrank compared to the previous month in December, judging from available statistics from Eurostat.
Movement totalled 22,000 metric tons (MT) for the month, down 83% from the 126,798 MT exported the previous month. Shipments so far total 1,362,732 MT, compared to 1,994,188 in the same period the previous calendar year.
Turkey was the number one importer for the month, receiving 22,000 MT. Canada was the second most important consumer taking 0 MT, followed by New Zealand at 0 MT.
