New Crop Mustard Premiums
PANAMA - Feb 12/21 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets were generally unchanged on the week in seasonally light trading activity.
Average new crop bids for yellow and oriental remain at premium to their average spot bids for farmers dressed quality delivered western Canadian processing plants.
By contrast, new crop markets for brown are lower on average, suggesting markets are somewhat concerned about next season's available supplies of oriental and yellow relative to prospective demand.
