Mixed Tone in Mustard
PANAMA - Jan 29/21 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets registered a mixed finish during the past week.
Prices paid to growers remain well above levels recorded at the beginning of December and the start of the 2020-21 marketing campaign.
In U.S. dollar terms, yellow mustard has risen 7% since the start of the current season, compared to a 24% jump in oriental values and 26% in brown.
