Field Pea Imports By Spain Continue Easy Trend
PANAMA - Jan 15/21 - SNS -- Imports of field peas by Spain were well down, plunging relative to the previous month in November, recent data from Eurostat reports.
Imports totalled 12,648 metric tons (MT) in the month, down 38% from the 20,402 MT shipped the previous month. Imports so far total 165,244 MT, compared to 189,047 during the previous calendar year.
Russia was the top export origin, selling 12,451 MT. Canada was the second most important export origin selling 196 MT, followed by Ukraine at 0 MT.
