Romania's Oil-type Sunflower Exports Maintain Soft Trend
PANAMA - Jan 15/21 - SNS -- Romania's movement of oil-type sunflowers in November posted massive declines, sinking versus the previous month, according to data from Eurostat.
Movement reached 3,678 metric tons (MT) during the month, down 98% from the 238,414 MT exported the previous month. Shipments so far total 1,217,543 MT, versus 1,814,410 during the previous calendar year.
The most important buyer throughout the month was Turkey, buying 3,677 MT. United States was the second most important importer buying 1 MT, followed by Switzerland at 0 MT.
