Processors and exporters suggest the short term needs of North American processors are reasonably well covered, with markets offering modest premiums to farmers for deferred delivery positions.
There is an underlying hope the economic situation in the European Union and North America will return to normal after the second quarter of 2021 as the number of people vaccinated against the COVID-19 coronavirus rises.
