Confection Sunflower Exports From Bulgaria Post Easy Month
PANAMA - Oct 16/20 - SNS -- Bulgaria's shipments of confection sunflowers in August sank compared to the previous month, judging from data from Eurostat.
Exports totalled 7,316 metric tons (MT) during the month, down 77% from the 32,103 MT shipped the previous month. Shipments so far total 266,102 MT, compared to 245,491 during the previous calendar year.
The most important consumer throughout the month was United States, receiving 2,875 MT. China was the second most important buyer receiving 1,192 MT, followed by Norway at 1,003 MT.
