Bean Harvest Over 90% Complete
WASHINGTON - Oct 13/20 - SNS -- This year's dry edible bean harvest in the United States continues to make excellent progress under nearly ideal harvest conditions in all major producing states, judging from the latest state level reports.
The harvest is now 92% complete, compared to 59% at this time last year and the recent five year average of 80%.
This year's chickpea harvest is now 99% complete, compared to 86% at the same time last year.
