PANAMA - Sep 18/20 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets remain mostly unchanged in limited spot trading activity as this year's harvest enters its final stages.
Overall harvested quality has been good so far, but processors remain concerned about later maturing crops because of recent frost events in the Canadian growing area.
The impact may have been minimal because the week started with 87% of the crop in the bin, compared to 24% at the same time last year and the recent average of 62% complete.
