Bulgaria's Confection Sunflower Exports Reveal Easy Month
PANAMA - Sep 16/20 - SNS -- Exports of confection sunflowers for Bulgaria plunged compared to the previous month in July, the latest data from Eurostat reveals.
Movement reached 11,988 metric tons (MT) for the month, down 66% from the 35,004 MT exported the previous month. Shipments so far total 238,671 MT, compared to 212,758 during the last calendar year.
United States was the number one importer for the month, receiving 4,917 MT. China was the second most important importer receiving 3,711 MT, followed by Norway at 1,025 MT.
