United States Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 6/20 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2019-20 marketing year with prices leaping 9% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $60.00 per cwt in March, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $48.75 per cwt in October.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $53.07 per cwt in April, compared to the lowest monthly average of $47.20 per cwt in September.
