Mustard Sideways as Harvest Starts
PANAMA - Aug 14/20 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets were mostly unchanged in limited buying and selling interest during the past week.
Canada's harvest is now underway, with the week staring with 1% of the crop in the bin, but growers in many parts of the growing area expecting the pace to quicken through the end of the month.
Worries remain about the impact relatively hot weather conditions will have on yields for later seeded crops, which is helping maintain prices in both spot and new crop shipping positions.
