Few Changes in Mustard

PANAMA - Aug 7/20 - SNS -- North American mustard markets were mostly unchanged on the week, with neither buyers nor growers showing significant interest in participating in markets.

This year's harvest has yet to start in western Canada, with many growers believing the harvest will not become general until at least the end of the month.

Available data suggests the 2019-20 marketing year ended with 58,000 metric tons (MT) of all classes of mustard on hand, down from 73,000 a year ago.
