VANCOUVER - Aug 3/20 - STAT -- Canadian Red Lentil markets finished the 2019-20 marketing year with prices advancing 7% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
The average trading level for Red Lentil was USD$22.57 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual market value of $21.10 during the previous three year period for machine dressed merchandise packed in bags delivered to Montreal.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $27.75 per cwt in July, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $19.06 per cwt in September.
