Laird Lentil Dealer Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 3/20 - STAT -- Canadian Laird Lentil markets finished the 2019-20 marketing year with prices falling 5% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
The average trading level for Laird Lentil was USD$26.64 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual market value of $27.97 during the previous three year period for machine dressed merchandise packed in bags delivered to Montreal.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $29.88 per cwt in July, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $23.40 per cwt in August.
