WASHINGTON - Jun 30/20 - SNS -- Farms and processing plants in the United States are holding significantly more chickpeas than was the case last year, according to thew USDA's June 1 stocks in all positions report.
Interestingly, while inventories on farms dropped, stock held by commercial entities increased. The biggest increase was for small caliber chickpeas, with large caliber product only slightly higher than last year.
