Quiet Tone in Dry Beans

PANAMA - Jun 26/20 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets maintained their quiet tone through the past week, with end users looking for better indications of prospective production levels in Argentina and other origins.

This was reflected in the spot index for dry edible beans in the United States, finished the week unchanged at 168.6.

The global pulse index lost 0.9 points to finish the week at 151.4 as old crop markets start converging with new crop and spot demand eased. The Canadian pulse prices index was also easier on the week, dropping 1.0 points to finish at 150.9.
