Birdseeds Slighty Firmer
PANAMA - Jun 12/20 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets maintained their firm tone in inter-dealer markets through the past, with little change seen in canaryseed, millet or confection sunflower values.
Interestingly, while white proso bids to growers in the United States were unchanged on the week, average bids for canaryseed eased as more companies lowered their bids to farmers.
Oil-type sunflower markets were somewhat firmer, partly supported by modest advances in nearby soybean and canola markets as the week drew to a close.
