Oil-type Sunflower Imports By Netherlands Start With Weak Note

PANAMA - May 15/20 - SNS -- At this point in the current calendar year with a weaker tendency, with oil-type sunflower imports for Netherlands shrank relative to the previous month in March, judging from recent data from Eurostat.

Imports totalled 201 metric tons (MT) in the month, down 100% from the 55,476 MT shipped the previous month. Imports so far total 137,307 MT, versus 226,904 during the last calendar year.

Ukraine was the most important supplier, selling 198 MT. China was the second most important supplier shipping 3 MT, followed by United States at 0 MT.
