Birdseeds Close on Mixed Note
PANAMA - Feb 14/20 - SNS -- North American birdseed markets closed the week's trading on a mixed note in limited activity.
Markets continue to be somewhat concerned about the spread of the coronavirus beyond China because of the potential negative impacts on shipping.
Discussing the issue, the U.S. based National Sunflower Association said, "Price gains (in most major commodities) have been limited due to economic growth concerns in China due to the disease outbreak."
