Modest Anxiety in Peas Over Coronovirus
PANAMA - Jan 31/20 - SNS -- International field pea markets finished the week's trading on a somewhat nervous note as countries impose travel restrictions on China because of recent outbreak of coronavirus.
Several countries have imposed travel restrictions on people who have recently been in China. This includes, the United States, Australia, Russia, Japan, Pakistan and Italy.
Restrictions mainly affect people travelling by air, but there is the potential travel restrictions could affect ocean cargo movement for ships originating in or destined for China.
