Confection Sunflower Imports By Germany Post Easy Performance
PANAMA - Dec 17/19 - SNS -- Imports of confection sunflowers for Germany plunged relative to the previous month in October, recent data from Eurostat reports.
Total imports throughout the month reached 1,750 metric tons (MT), down 91% from the previous month's total of 19,229. So far imports have amounted to 210,398 MT, up from 178,075 during the previous calendar year.
Current movement data reported Moldova was number one origin, shipping 779 MT for the month. Turkey was the second most important export origin shipping 755 MT, followed by China at 92 MT.
