Oil-type Sunflower Exports From Romania Continue Easy Tendency
PANAMA - Dec 17/19 - SNS -- Movement of oil-type sunflowers from Romania shrank versus the previous month in October, the most recent data from Eurostat reports.
Movement totalled 12,447 metric tons (MT) during the month, down 97% from the 481,980 MT exported the previous month. Shipments so far total 1,254,758 MT, versus 1,327,576 during the previous calendar year.
The number one buyer for the month was Serbia, receiving 6,850 MT. Turkey was the second most important importer taking 4,830 MT, followed by Bosnia and Herzegovina at 721 MT.
