Confection Sunflower Exports From Bulgaria Reveal Slow Month
PANAMA - Nov 15/19 - SNS -- Bulgaria's shipments of confection sunflowers during September plunged versus the previous month, judging from data from Eurostat.
Exports reached 10,343 metric tons (MT) in the month, down 68% from the 32,733 MT exported the previous month. Exports so far total 255,834 MT, compared to 220,780 during the last calendar year.
During the month, United States was the most important importer, taking 2,891 MT. China was the second most important importer buying 2,732 MT, followed by Norway at 813 MT.
