Russia's Field Pea Exports Post Better Oucome
PANAMA - Oct 1/19 - SNS -- Russia's movement of field peas during July jumped versus the previous month, according to data from Federal Customs Service of Russia.
Exports totalled 73,096 metric tons (MT) during the month, up 23% from the 59,274 MT exported the previous month. Export sales so far total 337,047 MT, versus 741,293 during the last calendar year.
India was the top destination during the month, receiving 28,969 MT. Spain was the second most important consumer receiving 18,461 MT, followed by Italy at 8,355 MT.
