United States Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 11/19 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2018-19 marketing year with prices rising 5% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $51.63 per cwt in February, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $46.50 per cwt in September.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $49.21 per cwt in May, compared to the lowest monthly average of $46.03 per cwt in September.
