Barley Seeding Interest Jumps
WASHINGTON - Jun 28/19 - SNS -- U.S. producers seeded 2.86 million acres of barley for the 2019 crop year, up 12% from the previous year, according to the USDA's seeded area estimates for 2019.
Harvested area, forecast at 2.33 million acres, is up 18% from 2018.
