Argentina's Kidney Bean Exports Post Weak Month
PANAMA - Jun 12/19 - SNS -- Argentina's exports of kidney beans in April posted significant declines, slumping versus the previous month, judging from data from Instituto Nacional de Estadistica y Censos.
Total movement for the month amounted to 9,198 metric tons (MT), down 30% from the previous month's total of 13,163. So far movement has reached 89,476 MT, up from 74,929 in the same period the previous calendar year.
In the month, Brazil was the most important importer, taking 3,465 MT. Other was the second most important importer taking 2,915 MT, followed by Spain at 799 MT.
