Mixed Finish in Beans

PANAMA - Jun 7/19 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading on a modestly easier note, though values for most classes were essentially unchanged.

This saw the U.S. spot index for beans finish the week down 0.2 points at 116.1. The Canadian pulse price index slipped 0.5 points to finish at 126.9, while the world pulse price index lost 0.8 points to close at 138.0.

Argentina's dry edible bean harvest is starting, resulting in some confidence among exporters about their ability to add to new crop sales positions.
