Oil-type Sunflower Imports By Bulgaria Open On Weak Note
PANAMA - Apr 17/19 - SNS -- At this point in the current calendar year on a weaker tendency, with oil-type sunflower imports for Bulgaria were well down, plunging relative to the previous month in February, judging from recent statistics from Eurostat.
Total imports throughout the month reached 3,648 metric tons (MT), down 60% from the previous month's total of 9,140. So far imports have reached 12,788 MT, down from 20,124 during the last calendar year.
Moldova was the top export origin during the month, supplying 3,111 MT. Turkey was the second most important export origin shipping 537 MT, followed by at 0 MT.
