Soybean Imports By Netherlands Record A Better Result
PANAMA - Mar 20/19 - SNS -- Imports of soybeans by Netherlands posted decent increases, moving compared to the previous month in January, available data from Eurostat reveals.
Imports for the first month of the calendar year totalled 364,109 metric tons (MT), up 4% from 350,042 MT the previous month. The statistics showed imports is down 3% from the 377,106 MT reported in the same month last year.
Recent movement data reported United States was top shipper, supplying 360,470 MT for the month. China was the second most important export origin shipping 2,517 MT, followed by Canada at 653 MT.
