China's Kidney Bean Exports Post Better Result
PANAMA - Mar 14/19 - SNS -- China's shipments of kidney beans in December advanced versus the previous month, according to data from General Customs Administration of China.
Total movement in the month reached 20,563 metric tons (MT) , up 13% from the previous month's total of 18,216. So far shipments have amounted to 208,289 MT, down from 272,213 during the previous calendar year.
In the month, India was the biggest buyer, receiving 3,819 MT. Italy was the second most important destination taking 3,357 MT, followed by Venezuela at 2,896 MT.
