Black Beans Support Complex
PANAMA - Feb 1/19 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading on a firm note as demand from end users remained ahead of offers from processors and exporters.
Colored beans showed good strength during the week, helped by a short term surge in demand from Brazil and improved demand for other classes in the category.
Brazil has been buying from China, the United States and Canada, as well as cleaning up remaining supplies from Argentine farmers.
