Field Pea Imports From Italy Reveal Weak Performance
PANAMA3 - Jan 15/19 - SNS -- Italy's imports of field peas during November sank versus the previous month, judging from data from .
Imports during the month totalled 8,775 metric tons (MT), down from 22,988 MT the prior month. This increased imports so far during the calendar year to 135,496, up 25% last year.
The biggest shipper throughout the month was Russia, shipping 6,567 MT. Moldova was the second most important supplier selling 1,475 MT, followed by Canada at 400 MT.
