Field Pea Imports From Belgium Post Soft Performance
PANAMA1 - Jan 15/19 - SNS -- Imports of field peas by Belgium plunged compared to the previous month in November, official data from shows.
Total imports throughout the month amounted to 932 metric tons (MT) , down 94% from the previous month's total of 14,814. So far Imports to 121,174 MT, up from 93,030 during the last calendar year.
For the month, Canada was the number one origin, selling 630 MT. United States was the second most important export origin supplying 172 MT, followed by Australia at 129 MT.
