VANCOUVER - Sep 5/18 - STAT -- United States Cranberry Bean markets finished the 2017-18 marketing year with prices offered to growers easing 3% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Cranberry Bean was USD$34.87 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $35.86 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $37.80 per cwt in September, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $33.60 per cwt in December.
