United States Small Green Lentil Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 5/18 - STAT -- United States Small Green Lentil markets finished the 2017-18 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 7% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Small Green Lentil was USD$30.62 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $32.93 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $31.50 per cwt in June, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $27.50 per cwt in August.
