Bulk Lentil Movement Held Up in July
WINNIPEG - Sep 5/18 - SNS -- The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) reports 31,500 metric tons (MT) lentils were loaded for export through licensed facilities which are required to report to it all grain movement in July.
The CGC reports 700 MT were shipped the same month last year, while movement is up from the 29,800 MT shipped the previous month.
This lifted bulk loadings for the marketing year to 316,100 MT, compared to 853,800 MT during the same period last season.
