Movement Firms Peas
PANAMA - May 18/18 - SNS -- Field pea markets finished the week's trading on a relatively firm note against improved bulk export movement.
This has allowed farmers in Canada to easily clear bin space in anticipation of this year's harvest.
Some exporters outside Canada were left with peas which had been enroute to India, which they need to resell. The Indian government had says product which had been prepaid before April 25 would be allowed to enter the country.
