Birdseeds Unchanged to Firmer
PANAMA - Mar 3/18 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets finished the week unchanged to firmer in seasonally light trading activity.
Markets in the United States were somewhat nervous at week's end because of announcement that its government intended to impose import duties on steel and aluminum.
The U.S. based National Sunflower Association (NSA) notes that "commodity traders fear the U.S. tariffs could provoke retaliation from major trading partners like China."
