Peas Open Year Little Changed
PANAMA - Jan 5/18 - SNS -- International field pea markets were little changed in seasonally light demand as the new year got underway.
Price adjustments since India's imposition of a 50% import duty on peas have contributed to increased usage of peas by livestock feed manufacturers.
Markets found limited comfort in India's decision to allow imports to enter the country without have first being fumigated with methyl bromide to the end of June.
