Dry Beans Mostly Unchanged
PANAMA - Nov 24/17 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets were mostly unchanged, with sellers in the United States inactive because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
This was reflected in the U.S. spot index for beans, was unchanged on the week in holiday shortened trading, closing at 124.6.
Other major pulse price indices continued to ease in the face of weaker demand. The Canadian pulse price index declined 1.7 points to finish at 152.7, while the world pulse price index was down 0.8 points to finish the week at 146.6.
