United States Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 7/17 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2016-17 marketing year with prices falling 19% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $47.50 per cwt in January, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $45.40 per cwt in September.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $65.20 per cwt in September, compared to the lowest monthly average of $54.92 per cwt in November.
