Chickpea Markets Worries Intact
PANAMA - Aug 6/17 - SNS -- International chickpea markets were little changed in relatively limited trading during the past week.
Concerns over the yield potential of crops in western Canada and Montana continue to add support to mid caliber markets.
By contrast, desi chickpea markets remain under pressure because of this year's record rabi season harvest and the subsequent reductions in demand pressure from the Indian subcontinent.
