Mixed to Weaker Tone in Birdseeds
PANAMA - May 14/17 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets recorded a mixed finish on the week.
White proso millet and Canadian canaryseed were little changed, though exhibiting a weaker undertone despite tightening stocks.
Based on last year's production and ending stocks estimates, Canada should finish the marketing year with no residual supplies of canaryseed.
