Disappointment In Dry Bean Markets

PANAMA - May 6/17 - SNS -- international dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note as selling interest remains ahead of the short term needs of buyers.

This saw the U.S. spot index for beans finish little unchanged on the week, easing 0.4 to 143.7 points.

Other pulse markets resumed their recent down trend. The Canadian pulse price index was fell 2.5 points at 179.6, while the world pulse price index lost 2.4 points to finish at 182.5.
