Easier Birdseed Markets
PANAMA - Mar 18/17 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets finished the week's trading easier to unchanged.
While white proso grower bid levels remain elevated in some locations, they are mostly lower, which is reflected in a downward trend in dealer asking prices.
Oil type sunflower markets were lower in sympathy with oilseed futures markets, while confection sunflower was unchanged. New crop bids are in line with current for large seeds, but almost 20% higher for small caliber confection.
