Little Change in Birdseeds
PANAMA - Feb 24/17 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets managed a mixed finish during the week, with markets trying to digest the latest acreage forecasts from the USDA.
There is generally a significant difference between the forecasts presented at the annual Outlook Forum and next month's seeding intentions report.
However, they continue to point to massive increases in soybeans because returns from oilseeds in general are much better than grains.
