Lentils Transition Into New Crop
VANCOUVER - Jul 27/09 - SNS -- North American lentil markets are starting the transition into a new crop trading basis.
This is reflected in easing spot m market values, but continued firmness in new crop markets.
Markets remain concerned about the potential size of the Canadian lentil harvest. Some traders fear red lentil output will fall short of global needs in 2009-10.
